Hiking in Bosnia & Herzegovina

Ready for the next adventure. Now in Trebibje, Bosnia. Met my group at the Dubrovnik airport and an uneventful trip to Bosnia. We checked in and went for a short walk (mainly to go change money to Convertible Marks).

Then we went to a lovely winery for dinner. Vinska Galerija. Their slogan is "Simple Luxury Food & Wine". Had a couple glasses of a nice wine, Burgundac Bijeli Premium. For dinner we had cold appetizers of local cheeses and cured meets, super yummy. One of the cheeses melted in your mouth, had a slight sour note - I could eat that forever. For dinner I had chicken stuffed with green cabbage and a mushroom sauce. Followed by Imperial Chocolate for dessert.  Nice mix of people on the trip, the guides Samir and Elder are very nice. All in all a successful first day .
